Of course the volcano, but if you are in Kona for one day only, the volcano is too far. so i would recommend you to go to Kealakekua Bay (it is a great place for snorkeling or picnic).

The Place of Refuge. (Some people call it City of Refuge.) It’s beautiful, interesting, historical, and of great cultural significance to the Hawaiian people.
