These are the group of Giant sea turtles, which I swam with today. There is a great feeling when you swim with this guys, you should try it. On Kauai, Hawaii there are many things to do, but you should drive to the end of the road and swim at Kee. You may see more about this at http://www.on-kauai.com

What are some things that’s bad or negative about Hawaii?
ex. bad weather or something?
Way too expensive to live and can’t find a job.
My senior friends are in deep trouble because there is no jobs available for them that they can survive on their own on.
Sometimes my mom thinks its not worth it living in Hawaii because there are always more taxes being made and they want to build buildings to "better hawaii" and it sucks money out of the peoples wallets.
Another thing is its not the same. Barely people know the meaning of aloha.
http://live.pirillo.com – Ponzi and I just returned from our cruise to Hawaii. We were fortunate to stream live from the ship, thanks to a mobile broadband connection. We wanted to share with you the things we want to make sure you remember to see or do if you ever visit Hawaii.

I’m going to Hawaii and i want to know some fun and maybe cheap things to do.
Which island will you be visiting? If you update your question with that we should be able to give you some answers.
For my Senior trip, I plan on going to either Hilo, Hawaii or Honolulu. What are some fun things to do, besides just the beach?
For Honolulu and depending on your circumstances on knowing that you don’t want the beach. I would point you to Chinatown that offers an exciting time for shopping and some good restaurants. Hiking trails at Diamond Head, Mokapuu Lighthouse, Lanikai Pillbox, or Kaena Point trails offers some beautiful sights. Iolani Palace, the Missionary Houses, USS Arizona memorial, USS Missouri, and the Pacific Aviation Museum offers some of our island history. Ala Moana shopping mall and Ward Center offers some more shopping. The Dole plantation and the North Shore, Haleiwa offers even some more shopping in some unique shops.
There is still a lot to do without hitting the beach while you are here on Oahu. We hope you enjoy yourself.
Just another local….

My girlfriend and I are traveling to Hawaii in about a week. We’re staying on Oahu Island on Waikiki Beach. We’re not staying for long. What are some things you highly recommend? What are some things you hated or found boring? Any tips – including anything you found incredibly romantic, interesting or delicious – are much appreciated!
RECOMMENDED
I love the Mai Tais at the Shorebird. They also have live music and a nice atmosphere.
Take a drive around the island, check out the insane surfers on the north shore at the world-famous surf spot Pipeline, visit the Byodo-In Temple (see link below), have a "shave ice" at Matsumoto’s, stop at a grocery store on the way and get some local food like saimin noodles, spam musubi or kahlua pork.
Try scuba diving! It’s amazing! Something like 1/3 of Hawaii’s underwater life isn’t found anywhere else in the world. Most dive shops will pick you up from your hotel. Jan/Feb is whale season so there’s a good chance you’ll see whales on the boat trip out (it’s like a 2-for-1 scuba and whale watching).
Delicious: malasadas (portuguese donuts) very addictive and a local favorite.
The Aloha Stadium swap meet is the best place to find a variety of inexpensive souvenirs. It doesn’t run everyday, so check the link below.
NOT SO MUCH
The Dole Pineapple plantation was kinda "meh." It’s really touristy.
GET THERE EARLY
* If you want to hike to the top of Diamond Head, go early. Otherwise it’s hot and crowded.
* Same for the Arizona Memorial – get there when they open because about 45 minutes later dozens of tour buses will show up.
Have a great trip!
Container ship. You hire a moving company and they handle everything.
